Coated Glossy Material General Settings

YafaRay4tS Coated Glossy Material

Diffuse Color - Diffuse color.

Glossy Color - Reflected color multiplier.

Glossy Refl. - Reflection strength.

Diffuse Refl. - Diffuse strength.

Use Glossy color for Diffuse - Use glossy color also for diffuse. Can speed up render time in certain situations.

Specular Exponent - Exponent for blinn microfacet distribution. Ignored if anisotropic specular is enabled.

Use anisotropic specular - Enables anisotropic specular.

U Exponent - Horizontal UV exponent for microfacet distribution. Ignored is anisotropic specular is disabled.

V Exponent - Vertical UV exponent for microfacet distribution. Ignored is anisotropic specular is disabled.

Index of Refraction - Controls strength of fresnel effect.

Render Gamma - Set this value to the same value as the Gamma value on Render Settings (Default) tab.

Glossy Map Settings

Use Glossy Map - Enables the use of the currently selected Glossy Map image file.

X Offset - Horizontal UV offset distance.

Y Offset - Vertical UV offset distance.

X Scale - Horizontal UV scale factor.

Y Scale - Vertical UV Scale factor.

Gamma - Gamma value of Glossy Map image file. Note: this is used for linear workflow. For normal use this value should match the render gamma setting, default is 1.0

Clear button - Clears the currently selected Glossy map image.

File Dialog button - Opens file browse dialog used to select the Glossy map image file.

Diffuse Map Settings

Use Diffuse Map - Enables the use of the currently selected Diffuse Map image file.

X Offset - Horizontal UV offset distance.

Y Offset - Vertical UV offset distance.

X Scale - Horizontal UV scale factor.

Y Scale - Vertical UV Scale factor.

Strength - Strength multiplier for bump map effect.

Clear button - Clears the currently selected bump map image.

File Dialog button - Opens file browse dialog used to select the bump map image file.
